We make every effort to make the admissions process at Alternatives as smooth as possible. Our staff is well versed in determining what insurance benefits are available to prospective patients.

The first step in admissions is an initial screening to gather relevant information. During this process, we can schedule a Clinical Assessment, either in-person or on the phone, to determine the appropriate level of care for the patient.

Many of our patients are referred to Alternatives by other facilities or practitioners and we will do all we can to assist in that process and provide whatever support is necessary.
